Situated on the Nicoya Peninsula in Costa Rica, this handcrafted two-story house has the lounge area on the 2nd floor. The room is left open to the tropical air and protected by extra-wide eaves and a canopy of almond trees. The comfortable red couches and beautiful carpets adorned this teak finished home. Your ocean view is under the treed canopy.
The large master suite has French glass doors opening onto a deck with a massage table and view. Newly renovated bathrooms are spacious and light incorporating glass block and suspended glass washbasins
The 2nd bedroom has a "lanai" for afternoon novel enjoyment; the 3rd is set in a turret suspended half way up the stairs. A/C in ground floor bedroom.
Pass through the, dining and Bar area to enter a large well appointed kitchen. An extra large refrigerator keeps drinks ready on a hot day.
The surf and sunset bring locals and visitors together on the beach to enjoy this daily ritual & warm summer evenings. Gradual ocean entrance makes swimming safe for children and relaxing for parents. This property and home will leave you with unforgettable family memories!
Three rental options for vacation use makes this is a versatile accommodation. A choice vacation spot for couples, families, company retreats, conferences or an intimate wedding! You can rent either the "Hidden Hermosa"; Jack's place" or both which we refer to as the "Waterfront".
